Mr. Caldwell has been practicing law in California for 25 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1993. In 1997, Mr. Caldwell obtained his law degree from the University of Arizona, College of Law. Upon graduation, he clerked for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office before deciding on private practice.

Since becoming an active member of the California State Bar, Mr. Caldwell has practiced civil litigation, handling catastrophic bodily injury and wrongful death cases. He also has extensive experience in employment litigation and wage and hour class actions. He is also admitted to the bar for the U.S. District Court Central District, and Southern District of California.

When not at the office, Mr. Caldwell enjoys boating, snowboarding and attending sporting events.
