Apoorva Vijh is an associate practicing in the Orange County, California office of McNeil Tropp & Braun LLP. She currently focuses her practice in the areas of general liability and insurance defense. Ms. Vijh’s prior experience includes representing clients in the areas of commercial litigation, general contract and business disputes, and domestic arbitration in the state courts in California and India.

Ms. Vijh received her Master of Laws/LL.M. from The Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania in 2021 as a merit scholar and Juris Doctor from Symbiosis International University, India in 2018. At Penn State, she mentored the Williem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Team and was the LLM representative of the South Asian Law Students Association.

Ms. Vijh is licensed to practice law in California and India. She is currently an active member of California Arbitration.
